Spencer Galbraith coming back to the WHL's Canes?

A few tweets by various Lethbridge Hurricane fans are suggesting that Spencer Galbraith may be returning to the Lethbridge Hurricanes.  True or Rumor?



Because its what I do here, I will conclude from what I have seen, that Galbraith is planning to report to camp this fall for the 2013-14 season.  Why?

Change of Heart?
Change of personal circumstance?
Change of GM/Coach?

Whatever the reason... I for one, would love to see him back on the team, so I hope there is some truth in this story.

Anyone have additional insight?
